Rockwall (WBAP/KLIF) – A Rockwall County Judge has been arrested for DWI. Judge David Sweet was stopped early Saturday morning in Rockwall. Sweet reportedly failed a field sobriety test, then refused a breathalyzer test, and was taken to jail. Sweet has been a Rockwall County Judge since 2015. Before that he was the Mayor of Rockwall, and before that he was a city councilman.
