WYLIE (WBAP/KLIF News) Future students northeast of Dallas will be able save themselves a long trip to class. Collin College is building a campus in Wylie. The announcement came after the city council okayed donating the land for the project in a meeting last night. The new facilities will be adjacent to city hall on Country Club Road just north of FM 544. The college offers more than 100 degrees and certificates. The campus is set to open in 2020, and will serve 7,500 students.
