Trophy Club (WBAP/KLIF) – Volunteers were out in force in the town of Trophy Club this weekend. They planted flags along most of the town’s streets. 45,000 American flags, each and every one hand placed. The program began five years ago. Ten thousand flags then; 45 thousand now. The town’s goal is to line each and every one of its streets with flags for future 4ths of July. Estimates are that will take 60,000 flags.
