(AP) – The Pentagon is investigating why the shooter who killed five Dallas police officers received an honorable discharge from the Army after he was accused of sexually harassing a fellow soldier.
An Army spokesman says the military is reviewing all of Micah Johnson’s records.
Johnson served in the Army Reserve for six years.
His military-appointed attorney says he had prepared documents for an “other than honorable” exit, but he never received the final paperwork.
