DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The City of Dallas is teaming up with the National Guard to tear down confirmed drug trafficking locations.
It’s called “Operation Crackdown” and uses forfeiture funds to pay for the demolition.
About 60 homes in Dallas are currently on the list to be razed by the National Guard.
Officials said it’s a major opportunity to help make neighborhoods safer and more livable.
The program will continue through the end of August.
