Frisco (WBAP/KLIF) – The fastest growing school district in the state of Texas is the Frisco ISD. A survey of the state’s independent school districts finds Frisco’s district added more than 3,600 students last year… a thousand more than the second fastest growing district, the Houston area’s Katy ISD. The number also show the growth continues. Frisco added 15 hundred new students during a special July registration, and more are signing up each day as the August 22 first-day-of-school approaches.
