DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police in Dallas are looking for a fake handyman who charged an elderly woman $39,000 for a $100 duct tape job.
Investigators said Richard Glen Petty offered to repair the woman’s home in June. They said the repairs were nothing more than duct tape and a botched paint job.
Petty has been charged with exploitation of the elderly.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
