Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Downtown Dallas’ central business district is closed by the police investigation into Thursday night’s shooting rampage. It’s shut down from Ross Avenue on the north to Jackson Street on the south, and from Griffin Street in the east to Houston Street in the west. Police say the entire area will be closed until at least Wednesday, and it may take longer.
