DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – New managed toll lanes between Dallas and Grand Prairie open Monday.
Nine miles of Texpress toll lanes have opened on I-30 between Westmoreland the Bush Turnpike.
The lanes are reversible, so the direction of travel will change with the time of day.
Similar to the Texpress lanes on LBJ Freeway, the charge to use the toll lanes will vary with demand and congestion. However, the rates are fixed at this time to encourage people to try out the toll lanes. They are free during late night and early morning hours.
