FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The National Labor Relations Board has dismissed a claim made by musicians against management of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra.
That’s according to the Fort Worth Star Telegram. In late March, the union representing musicians filed a complaint claiming they were being locked out of Bass Hall after holding a sit-in at symphony offices.
But, an investigator determined changes made to the key card system was done by Bass Hall and not symphony management.
The musicians union and symphony management have been locked in difficult contract talks since last year. They’re expected to enter federal mediation.
